Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging
How to Start a Return
Email us at [xj.18ks@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for sizing issues only. To request an exchange, contact us before sending your item back.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Limited edition and drop items
- Sale or discounted items
- Accessories (hats and bags)
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right immediately.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for lost returns.
